職位描述

生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)研發(fā)射頻通信/網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備
工作職責(zé)
1.承擔(dān)射頻單元產(chǎn)品在工廠(chǎng)導(dǎo)入以及產(chǎn)品量產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的生產(chǎn)相關(guān)技術(shù)問(wèn)題。采用包括但不限于指導(dǎo)工廠(chǎng)產(chǎn)線(xiàn)工人，維修不良產(chǎn)品，改善測(cè)試夾具等相關(guān)手段持續(xù)提升產(chǎn)品良率和質(zhì)量；
2.負(fù)責(zé)在工廠(chǎng)端的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備搭建、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備點(diǎn)檢維護(hù)等工作；
3.配合研發(fā)工程師，承接在EMS工廠(chǎng)端涉及到的溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作；
4.配合質(zhì)量團(tuán)隊(duì)，負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)相關(guān)工作流程規(guī)范、質(zhì)量管控規(guī)范與物料管控流程規(guī)范等落實(shí)，以指導(dǎo)國(guó)內(nèi)外EMS代工廠(chǎng)工作；
任職資格
1. 電子類(lèi)本科或研究生學(xué)歷
2. 兩年及其以上電子類(lèi)設(shè)備量產(chǎn)生產(chǎn)導(dǎo)入或者生產(chǎn)良率提升經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.了解射頻基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)或者是有射頻相關(guān)研發(fā)或生產(chǎn)工作經(jīng)歷；
4. 熟悉通信或者其他領(lǐng)域電子類(lèi)設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)流程，如SMT、組裝、測(cè)試等。有相關(guān)大規(guī)模硬件量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，有射頻單元生產(chǎn)量產(chǎn)維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者最佳；
5.有生產(chǎn)測(cè)試夾具設(shè)計(jì)能力與經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
6.良好的溝通能力和較強(qiáng)的邏輯能力；
7.有上進(jìn)心，有團(tuán)隊(duì)工作精神。
