1.Under the leadership of the Sales Director, implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies to drive performance growth of TOEFL tests and other ETS products in south China.
在銷售總監(jiān)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,執(zhí)行全面的 B2B 銷售戰(zhàn)略,推動(dòng)托??荚嚰捌渌鸈TS產(chǎn)品在華南地區(qū)的業(yè)績?cè)鲩L。
2.Identify new business opportunities through market research and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
通過市場(chǎng)調(diào)研發(fā)掘新的商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),持續(xù)緊跟行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
3.Establish and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including study-abroad agencies, educational institutions and corporate clients.
與留學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)、教育院校及企業(yè)客戶等關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)方建立并維護(hù)穩(wěn)固的合作關(guān)系。
4.Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand the influence and coverage of TOEFL in China.
發(fā)掘并構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系,擴(kuò)大托??荚囋谥袊挠绊懥εc覆蓋范圍。
5.Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance teams to develop and manage B2B channels, to improve distribution and sales efficiency.
與市場(chǎng)、運(yùn)營及財(cái)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,開發(fā)并管理 B2B 渠道,提升渠道分銷效率與銷售業(yè)績。
6.Report sales performance in a timely manner in accordance with the sales plan, and continuously make improvements based on performance, as well as insights and suggestions from the management.
按照銷售計(jì)劃及時(shí)匯報(bào)銷售業(yè)績,并基于業(yè)績表現(xiàn)及管理層的見解建議持續(xù)改進(jìn)工作。
【Skills & Competencies 技能與能力要求】
1.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning, the ability to propose and promote market-facing new ideas to drive business progress and create organizational value.
具備出色的溝通與談判能力,精通市場(chǎng)分析及戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,能夠提出并推動(dòng)面向市場(chǎng)的創(chuàng)新理念,以助力業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展并為組織創(chuàng)造價(jià)值。
2.Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
英語與普通話流利。
3.At least 5 years of B2B channel sales experience (with B2B channel development experience as a mandatory requirement) plus preferred experience in team management and the education industry.
至少 5 年 B2B 渠道銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)(B2B 渠道開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為必備條件),擁有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)及教育行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
4.Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Candidates with an MBA degree will be preferred.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,商科、市場(chǎng)營銷或相關(guān)專業(yè)。持有工商管理碩士(MBA)學(xué)位者優(yōu)先考慮。
