Accountabilities ? To report to the customer service supervisor of OLCL ? To coordinate with other team members to provide best customer service to our customers in all respects, which include, but not limit to, regular contact with customers, complete booking process as well as documentation service and system input ? To ensure zero defect of our documentation/data quality to our customers Requirements ? College degree or above, preferably in logistics/transportation fields ? 1 years working experience in international logistics field ? CET-4, good command of both oral and written English ? Positive and receptive attitude; be eager to take up new responsibilities. ? Good knowledge in Microsoft applications ? Good inter-personal skills and team-work spirit
