Services and Deliverables:
The ES (Engineering Service) we are seeking is to support the development of speaker module.
This individual will be mainly based on at speaker module factory to manage speaker module
NPI builds. You will be working with internal Acoustic cross-function teams and our speaker
suppliers to execute module NPI builds.

Assumptions
? Apple defines scope of work, minimum resource quantity and provides sign-off on
requirements
? Vendor manages the deliverables, task assignments, resourcing and training
? Vendor (or Technical Lead ) provides weekly reporting and handles initial escalations
? Apple will setup a quarterly checkpoint to review the quality of service and may request
adjustments
Requirements
? Some line of business (LOB) may have tenure requirement (i.e. work w/ vendor for at least 6
months), please ask for clarification if it is not clear.
Deliverables
? Track micro schedule such as tooling iteration CP (T0, T1, T2, Tf) and build schedule (line
bring up, acoustic tuning, mini, main), and OK2X CP
? Review DOE plan, schedule with vendors and track test data CP to ensure catch the build
on time
? Pre-review the OK2B/OK2S reports with vendors and Apple cross-function teams
? Attend OK2B and OK2T/OK2S meeting
? Provide regular build reports and highlight the issues to project team
? Work with vendors to drive critical material readiness
? Plan acoustic module related testers schedule to ensure timely delivered
? Review module build status and update build matrix in Nimbus
? Track delivery status for each config to meet FATP CTB for all builds
? FATP support: ensure FATP IQC tester arrive on time, support acoustic module issue FA,
ensure correct acoustic config input into system, support acoustic related DOE
Qualification
? BS degree required
? A minimum 3+ years project management experience
? Good English and Mandarin Language skills
