Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for market development, customer acquisition and distributor network system construction of the company's products in the designated overseas regions (Middle East, Southeast Asia, South Africa), and comprehensively improve the brand's local market awareness and market share.

Develop and implement effective regional sales plans and strategies based on the company's development strategy and regional market conditions, ensuring the achievement and exceeding of annual sales targets and payment collection goals.
結(jié)合公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與區(qū)域市場情況,制定并執(zhí)行有效的區(qū)域銷售計(jì)劃與策略,確保達(dá)成并超越年度銷售及回款目標(biāo)。
Manage the entire order process independently, including business negotiation with overseas customers, contract signing, order production follow-up, logistics coordination and payment collection, to ensure smooth order delivery and meet customer needs.
獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)全流程訂單管理,包括與海外客戶的商務(wù)洽談、合同簽訂、訂單生產(chǎn)跟進(jìn)、物流協(xié)調(diào)及貨款回收,確保訂單順利交付,滿足客戶需求。
Act as the company's representative to lead the reception of overseas customers, conduct product technical training and provide business translation services, establish and maintain high-level customer relationships, and efficiently handle customer complaints and emergencies.
作為公司代表,主導(dǎo)海外客戶來訪接待、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)培訓(xùn)及商務(wù)翻譯工作,建立并維護(hù)高水平客戶關(guān)系,高效處理客戶投訴與突發(fā)事件。
Actively participate in international industry exhibitions, market visits and customer calls, collect competitor information and market trend data, and write in-depth market analysis reports to support the company's product planning and market strategy formulation.
積極參與行業(yè)國際展會(huì)、市場走訪及客戶拜訪,收集競品信息與市場趨勢數(shù)據(jù),撰寫深度市場分析報(bào)告,為公司產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃與市場策略制定提供支持。
Qualifications:
任職資格:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, Marketing, Engineering or related fields is preferred.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,國際貿(mào)易、市場營銷、工程類或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。
With at least 2 years of experience in international trade or overseas market sales, those with background in building materials, hardware, home furnishing or manufacturing industry are preferred; those with market resources in the Middle East, Southeast Asia or Africa are particularly favorable.
具備 2 年以上國際貿(mào)易或海外市場銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),有建材、五金、家居或制造業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先;擁有中東、東南亞或非洲市場資源者尤佳。
Excellent market development ability and business acumen, able to independently develop new customers and manage distributor channels, with mature business negotiation skills.
具備出色的市場開拓能力與商業(yè)敏銳度,能獨(dú)立開發(fā)新客戶并管理經(jīng)銷商渠道,擁有成熟的商務(wù)談判技巧。
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing is a must, which can be used as a working language for business negotiation and technical communication; proficiency in Arabic, Malay or other small languages is a significant bonus.
英語聽、說、讀、寫流利為必備條件,可作為工作語言開展商務(wù)談判與技術(shù)交流;掌握阿拉伯語、馬來語或其他小語種者為重大加分項(xiàng)。
Possess strong cross-cultural communication ability, adaptability and pressure resistance, and can adapt to high-frequency business trips and long-term overseas work; proactive, result-oriented, with excellent independent problem-solving and team collaboration abilities.
