Your responsibilities are: · Develop the histological techniques,mainly for the IHC staining and special staining, validate the staining and prepare the standard operation procedure. Additionally, support the routine pathology work, such as tissue slides scanning, reagent/consumable ordering, samples temperately archive, etc. · Coordinate and monitor outsourced Tox studies as needed to ensure study timeline, protocol/report development, execution and completion of study activities, and timely communication with internal functional project leaders · Logistical support of organizing internal/external meetings, documentations/presentations/data base maintenance, literature search and other activities as needed Profile: · You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in veterinary pathology/veterinary medicine or related major with >5 years of working experience in pharma/biotech/CROs. · Proficient in the necropsy procedure, tissue name and location, individually conduct the tissue trimming and slides preparation is necessary. · Hands-on experience of IHC and special staining,reference research and summary in English is needed. · Experience working with external CROs is a plus. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities to simultaneously manage multiple lab work, studies, and CROs. Good communication skills (English and Chinese) and lively and positive personality is a plus.
