Manufacture Engineer Job Description


Location – City and Country: Qingdao,
China




Primary Responsibilities:


1. 為新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)工藝流程并制作WI


Design the process flow for the new product and set up
the WI


2. 參與設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)、設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審、調(diào)試驗(yàn)收


Participate in the production, design review, and
commissioning acceptance of new molds in the engineering department


3. 協(xié)調(diào)新產(chǎn)品的試運(yùn)行并解決工程問(wèn)題，確保制造工藝能力滿足工程、質(zhì)量和客戶要求


Coordinate pilot run for new products and solve
engineering issues, make sure the manufacturing process capability meet
engineering, quality and customer requirement


4. 根據(jù)COPQ 分析，制定有效的改進(jìn)措施，跟蹤并確保實(shí)施


Based on the COPQ analysis, formulate effective
improvement measures, track them and ensure their implementation


Complete and release the revised tooling drawing to adapt
for EC and improvement request;


5. 與QE和生產(chǎn)部門合作，修改相關(guān)文件（WI和PFMEA等）以供客戶審計(jì)，并找到客戶投訴的根本原因采取改善行動(dòng)。


Work with QE and Production to revise relative documents
(WI & PFMEA etc.) for customer audit and to find the root cause and correct
action for customer complaint.


6.
使用 TEOA 工具持續(xù)改進(jìn)制造工藝以降低成本


Continuous manufacturing process
improvement with TEOA tools for cost reduction.






Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:




1.
本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械工程或相關(guān)背景。


Bachelor or
above degree in mechanical engineering or related background.


2.
3~5年連接器組裝工藝開(kāi)發(fā)或自動(dòng)化開(kāi)發(fā)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)


3~5 years
experience in connector assembly process development or automation development.


3.
數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)向的發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的能力


Data
oriented issue finding and problem-solving skills.


4.
熟練使用PFMEA、Creo、CAD等基礎(chǔ)工藝開(kāi)發(fā)相關(guān)工具


Fluent in
using of basic process development related tools like PFMEA、Creo、CAD


5.
具備質(zhì)量控制和質(zhì)量問(wèn)題分析與改善的知識(shí)概念


Knowledge of
quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement


6.
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和溝通能力


Good
teamwork and communication skills


7.
具備基本的英語(yǔ)書面和口語(yǔ)溝通能力。


Basic
communication ability in written and Spoken English.
