Work you'll do
- Provides initial recommendations of current tax legislation across the Global Tax and Business Advisory function to Manager level practitioners
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client
- Conducts economic analyses based on accounting principles, financial/transactional data concepts, industry specific/non-standard data sources and assumptions
- Prepares client questionnaires, industry analysis and data requests ensuring sufficient information is obtained and summarized accurately
- Selects appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develops informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business strategy
- Demonstrates practical knowledge and use of Transfer Pricing technology
- Identifies complex Transfer Pricing (TP) issues and make referrals to other tax teams based on local or domestic income tax, corporate tax, international tax, and customs tax principles

We are looking for someone with
- Bachelor's degree or above, with minimal two year of Transfer Pricing experience
- A qualification certificate is preferred, including but not limited to HKICPA, CICPA, ACCA, AICPA or CTA
- Good understanding of accounting standards, IFRS or US GAAP, tax laws/rules and payroll regulations, be able to identify clients' technical issues, and provide workable solutions
- Strong business writing skills in both English and Chinese as well as fluent spoken English language
- Experienced in using ERP system like Oracle or SAP, or other accounting software
- Good communication skills and can maintain positive working relationships with appropriate client personnel on all engagements
- Actively involve in new or challenging projects, can be a team player and help to maintain a good working environment with the team
- Outstanding ability of effectively managing multiple engagements independently and under time pressure
