OB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Visual Merchandising (VM) Support:
1. Develop and execute visual merchandising solutions for house brands (RB & OO) in alignment with global guidelines, with a focus on key clients to enhance brand image and maximize product visibility.
2. Forecast and plan the in-store display tool targets based on sale’s distribution objectives, ensuring strategic brands are prominently featured at the point of sale.
3. Coordinate closely with the regional sales team to ensure the smooth and proper execution of all the TMKT plans.
4. Conduct regular store visits to evaluate merchandising effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
2) Marketing Calendar Planning & Execution:
1. Collaborate cross-functional with brand teams, sales teams to design and implement customized in-store exposure plans that support product launches and promotional activities.
2. Ensure all marketing support are aligned with quarterly business focus and objectives, effectively driving business growth.
3) Budget Planning & Control:
1. Work closely with line manager and brand managers to develop and manage the trade marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI and achieve defined business goals
2. Monitor and control budget utilization throughout the execution phase, ensuring all activities remain within financial frameworks while delivering on strategic targets.

E. TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

1) Experience: 1~4 years working experience, past experience in Retail or TMKT is highly preferred
2) Knowledge: Excellent MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
