This role sits within ABB’s Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We’re entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. By joining us now, you’ll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
  • Develop new customers and end users, increase profitable sales for robotics projects in Lab automation or life science applications. Work under pressure to fulfill sales targets.
  • Acquisition of key customers/SIs in relevant fields, and well maintain them. Work together with Engineering team to develop technical solutions to meet customers’ requirements and close the deal
  • Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing, new applications road show etc.)
  • Responsible to deliver the annual sales target in both quantity of robots and sales revenue
  • Submit weekly report and update project pursuit list on a timely basis.
  • Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
  • Bachelor's degree,Minimum 2 years working experience in laboratory and life science instrumentation industry. Be familiar with project selling preferred.
  • Good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral communication skills required.
  • Proficient oral & written English skills.
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a collaboration sales team.
  • With high flexibility and work hard.
  • Proactive, aggressive and initiative.
  • A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
